Why does the app need location permission?
Location permission is used to quickly place a pin at your current location and create location-based reminders. Pin Reminder does not continuously track your location in the background.
How do I enable Reminders access?
Allow Reminders access when the permission prompt appears in the app. If you previously denied access, you can change the location and Reminders permissions for Pin Reminder in iOS Settings.
My location reminder did not trigger.
- Check the location and Reminders permissions for Pin Reminder in iOS Settings.
- Make sure notifications are enabled for the Reminders app.
- Open Apple Reminders and verify that the location and arriving or leaving condition were saved on the reminder.
Location detection and notification delivery are handled by Apple's Reminders system, so timing may vary depending on device settings and the surrounding environment.
Where can I manage reminders created by the app?
Items created with Pin Reminder are stored in Apple Reminders. You can edit, complete, or delete them directly in the Reminders app.
